The Woman Behind Esoteric Roots

My path with Esoteric Roots has always been driven by curiosity — about belief, spirituality, the natural world, and the ways people have sought meaning throughout history.

I am an Irish herbalist, spiritual practitioner and Philosophy & Religion student, now living and working in Cornwall. My work brings together herbalism, esoteric knowledge, philosophy, mysticism, spirituality, folklore and the occult.

Esoteric Roots is not built around one prescribed spiritual path. It is a place for exploration, questioning and discovery — whether through plants and resins, ritual, amulets and meaningful objects, or one-to-one spiritual guidance.

My Irish roots remain at the heart of what I do, alongside an ongoing commitment to learning, studying and questioning.
